Shipping & Delivery
1.Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, all products on our site are shipped free of charge.
2.From where are 3D printers shipped?
We offer multiple shipping origins to best serve our global customers:
·US Option: For orders destined to the United States, Western Asia & Middle East, East Asia & South Asia, South America, Africa, and Russia, products ship from our U.S. warehouse.
·EU Option: For most European countries, as well as Turkey and Israel, products ship from our European warehouse.
·CA Option: Orders for Canada are shipped from our Canadian facility.
·AU Option: For Australia and New Zealand, products ship from our Australian warehouse.
Note: While most printers are stocked in our overseas warehouses, some components may ship separately from China, which might extend the delivery time.
3.How long does delivery take?
Typically, you will receive your order within 4–9 business days after purchase.
4.Will I need to pay customs duties?
For 3D printers shipped to the United States (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses) and most European countries, customs duties are not applied. For other regions, we strive to minimize customs fees; however, if customs charges are imposed, you will be responsible for paying any applicable duties upon delivery.
Order-Related Inquiries
1.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards.
2.Why are prices displayed in US dollars even though the site supports multiple currencies?
Our store processes payments exclusively in USD because it is the most widely accepted and easily convertible currency. If your local currency differs, you can still complete your payment in USD through PayPal.
3.Can I cancel or modify my order?
·Before Shipping Notification: If you have not yet received a shipping notification, please email Sales@kidoodle3d.com with your order number and your cancellation or modification request. Our customer service team will do its best to accommodate your request within 24 hours. However, please note that due to response times, your order may already have entered processing.
·After Shipping Notification: Once a shipping notification has been sent, we are unable to cancel or modify your order. In such cases, please wait for your package to arrive; you may then choose to keep it or contact us regarding our return process. Do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages may be destroyed by our logistics partner.
After-Sale Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products and accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product and wish to request a refund or exchange, please contact our after-sale Customer Service at Sales@kidoodle3d.com before returning the item. Our team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with further instructions. Please note that we do not accept returned items that are sent back without prior approval.
