Shipping and Delivery

    1. Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, all products on our website offer free shipping.

    2. Where do 3D printers ship from?

    We offer a variety of shipping locations to better serve our global customers:

    · US option: For orders shipped to the US, products will be shipped from our US warehouse.
    · EU option: For orders shipped to most EU countries, products will be shipped from our German warehouse.
    · UK option: For orders shipped to the UK, products will be shipped from our UK warehouse.

    Note: While most printers are stocked in our overseas warehouses, some components may be shipped separately from China, which may increase delivery time.

    3. How long does delivery take?

    You should typically receive your order within 5-10 business days of purchase.

    4. Do I need to pay customs duties?

    There are no customs duties for 3D printers shipped to the US (excluding Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and APO/FPO addresses) and most European countries. For other regions, we strive to minimize customs duties; however, if applicable, you will be responsible for paying all applicable duties upon delivery.

    Order Inquiries

    1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal and major credit cards.

    2. Why are prices displayed in US dollars even though our website supports multiple currencies?
    Our store only accepts payments in US dollars because it is the most widely accepted and easily convertible currency. If your local currency is different, you can still pay in US dollars through PayPal.

    3. Can I cancel or modify my order?

    · Pre-shipment Notification: If you have not received a shipping notification, please email Sales@kidoodle3d.com with your order number and a request to cancel or modify your order. Our customer service team will strive to process your request within 24 hours. However, please note that your order may have already entered the processing phase due to response time.
    · Post-shipment Notification: We are unable to cancel or modify your order after the shipping notification has been sent. In this case, please wait for your package to arrive; you can then choose to keep the package or contact us for information on the return process. Please do not refuse delivery, as undelivered packages may be destroyed by our logistics partners.

    Warranty

    All products come with a one-year warranty and are accepted for returns within 30 days of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your product and would like a refund or exchange, please contact our Customer Service at Sales@kidoodle3d.com before returning your product. Our team will respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with further instructions. Please note that we do not accept returns without prior approval.
